Explain the features in the sketch and how it can help making the house bushfire proof (5 features)
Evaluate the features and their ability to provide a solution to you natural disaster

In this course, students are asked to learn about some basic chemistry, physics, and the laws of thermodynamics. Environmental science is a multi-disciplinary field of study. There are overlapping concepts in anthropology, archeology, sociology, psychology, and economics. Even in the Arts, there are visual artists, writers, and musicians who convey aspects of the natural world in their art. For example, a poem about a whale that is endangered or a song about an ancient tree.
For this discussion board, review the disciplines above and thoroughly describe as many connections as possible between material from environmental science and at least two other disciplines of your choice.
At least one connection should relate to scientific principles that relate to matter, energy, and living organisms.

How could the manufacturer of your object improve on the specific environmental impacts related to the material that you learned about? [3 points]
What are they actually doing, if anything, to address these specific impacts or engaging in programs or policies to help them alleviate impacts and make “greener” products? (Note that you will need to look at the manufacturer’s website or call them, or if you can’t determine the manufacturer then look at other manufacturers in the same industry or industry groups.) Why do you think they are or are not taking these actions? [3 points]

Now consider how you could change your use of your object in a way to improve your environmental footprint:
How would your environmental footprint change if you use it less? Use it more? Use it differently? Get a new/different one? Somehow avoid your need for it altogether? [3 points]
What hardships or opportunities might you face if you make each of these changes? [3 points]

Do you feel like your answers to Question 1 (i.e. pressuring industries or government regulations) or Question 2 (i.e. changing your personal habits) has a greater potential to improve your environmental footprint? [3 points]

Weather and climate models are among the most sophisticated, and arguably the most soundly-based, models in natural science. This is a resaerch proposal we have to make. We are given pretend money and 5 years to carry out resaerch for our topic. We have to come up with methodology and write a paper about it.
