I need to make a PowerPoint for a panel presentation. Please use Canva to make i need this to be very appealing to the eye as well as formal for the panel with enough info to keep the presentation going but not boring. 

As an early childhood educator, you will be

Requirements:
• Your paper must consist of 7-8 pages, including title page, abstract, sections A, B, and C, and
reference page.
• Your completed research paper must demonstrate research using at least three (3)
scholarly/medical/research-based resources. Websites about your disability are not acceptable

• You must reference and cite your work according to APA. Follow all APA guidelines for formatting
and citations. All information that you learned from a source must be cited in the text and
referenced according to APA.

• In-text citation: give credit within the paper for any information that is quoted or paraphrased.

Instructions
A major task for an infant toddler teacher is to support the development of the children in their classroom. In order to support child development, teachers need to understand development. To complete this assignment, you will observe an infant via videos. This assignment will have two parts. For the first part you explain the child’s development and for the second part, you will think of how you can support the child’s development. 
Part 1 
For this part of the assignment, you will watch several videos of an infant and answer the questions in paragraph form.

As you watch the videos, take notes about what you are observing. 
Answer the following questions in two paragraphs 
What is the name of the child? 
What is the age of the child? Be sure to use motor developmental milestones as your support for the estimated age of the child. 
Provide a description of the child.

For this part of the assignment, you will imagine yourself as the teacher of the child you observed in the video. Based on your observation, how can you support the child’s development? Consider what milestones you observed the child meeting, or not, and indicate how you can support the child in meeting future milestone. Use your knowledge of child development and the role of the infant toddler teacher to indicate how you can support the development of the observed child. 
Be sure to refer to course resources to show evidence of understanding content. When referring to resources, use APA citation indicating where you gathered your supporting evidence in the body of your text and at the end in the reference section.
