Instructions
Select 10 scholarly articles (ALL ARTICLES MUST BE WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS) that will support your research paper. Write an annotated bibliography. An annotated bibliography takes each article and a short paragraph is written stating how the article supports your research paper. Each scholarly article is listed (in APA format) then the paragraph is written.
This means I will be looking for 3 items for each source:
1. The reference.
2. A summary paragraph.
3. A paragraph that states how the article supports your research paper.
No reference list is needed because you are providing references in the assignment.

“The Business of Healthcare: The Role of a Long-Term Care Administrator and the Importance of Adaptability and Communication”
Hi, I will attach my introduction and experience paragraphs but I would like the writer to write the rest of the paper and match a bit of my writing style. Thank you!
Intro:
Healthcare, often viewed through the lens of compassion and service, is fundamentally a business. This business aspect becomes particularly evident in the role of a long-term care administrator. The administrator has multiple tasks to manage, many of which require concentration and knowledge. In healthcare settings, an administrator’s responsibilities go beyond simply providing patients medical attention. It includes a wide range of duties that are essential to the facility’s efficient operation and the residents’ well being. A healthcare administrator is continually responsible for attending to the needs of residents or patients, supervising employees, communicating with family members, abiding by local rules and regulations, and fulfilling the demands of the organization. Each of these responsibilities demands a unique set of skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Extra paragraphs and experience:
Drawing from my internship experience at X Health, I understand the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. During my time there, I assisted professionals with transferring patients to different locations within the hospital. This task required meticulous attention to detail and a deep sense of responsibility, as any mistake could have serious implications for the patient’s health. In addition to transferring patients, I was also responsible for transporting specimens of tests, blood, etc., from the GI Lab to the laboratory and/or pathology. I recorded crucial patient information such as the time delivered, patient’s name, diagnosis, and specimen type. This experience taught me the importance of accurate record-keeping in patient care and how it contributes to the overall quality of healthcare services.
During my internship, I experienced a significant change in management when X Medical Center transitioned to X Health. This change provided me with firsthand experience in understanding and adapting to new corporate expectations. The transition was not just a change in name but also involved shifts in mission, vision, and procedures. A representative from X Health guided us through this process, ensuring that we understood the new direction the organization was taking. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication during times of change and the need to align personal objectives with the organization’s goals. Despite the change in management, the priority remained to provide quality care and foster an environment of safety. This continuity of care was crucial in maintaining trust among patients and staff. It reinforced the idea that while corporate strategies might change, the fundamental goal of healthcare, to ensure the well being of patients, remains constant. The transition also involved adapting to new procedures, systems, and technology. This required a willingness to learn and the ability to quickly incorporate new methods into daily routines. It highlighted the importance of flexibility and adaptability in a healthcare setting. -
