A celebration of life and a traditional funeral have several differences and similarities. They both serve to honor a loved one who has passed, but the way they do so varies between the two. A celebration of life is much more relaxed and focuses on remembering the good times their loved one had when alive. It is very uplifting and helps mourners gain peace and closure. A traditional funeral is more structured and follows a set of tasks that symbolize heaven and religion. The environment of a funeral is more formal and quiet whereas a celebration of life can be more uplifting and energetic.
I mainly believe that the Greek Island Ikaria has such a longer lifespan due to the decrease of stress in their environment. In the video we say many communities gathering together and even dancing with their loved ones in the streets. These people seem so happy and at ease with their life which could definitely explain why their hearts are in better conditions than those who are 20+ years younger than them. These people also display great dietary habits and physical activity. These two alone could contribute to longevity of life immensely. They have access to fresh, locally grown food which is highly more nutritional than the processed foods we have in America.
If you had the opportunity to leave your homeland and move to the Greek Island Ikaria, would you do it?

Title: “Resolving Conflict in the Workplace: A Customized Approach for Global ProTech”
A Global ProTech employee contacts you, her HR professional, because she has a concern about her department manager, who she describes as rude and unappreciative. In addition, the employee expresses that she believes the manager has taken credit for her work on a project. She adds that her manager’s emails are often impersonal, harsh, and curt. She is frustrated and does not know what to do to improve the working relationship with her manager. You also meet with the manager to review the manager’s actions leading up to the meeting, along with the interactions between the manager and the employee. Then, you schedule a meeting with the employee and the manager to assist with managing this conflict situation. You realize that before the meeting, you need to take time to reflect on and plan the meeting agenda and what you will do.
It is now 4 weeks later. The action plan that you had decided on together was implemented by the manager, and you have met with the employee for an update. The employee shares that the situation with her manager has not improved. You are well aware that it is your job, as the HR professional, to intervene, as the factors and behaviors are escalating. The reason why you are asked to choose a Fortune 100 Best Companies 2024, is that you are much more likely to find publicly available information for these very large companies insofar as it concerns the parameters of this assignment. Still, some big companies are a bit shy about publishing data related to the way they do things – examples commonly include salary ranges and human resources policies and procedures. That said, do the best you can with your research. A good idea, before choosing a company for this assignment, is to take a look at some different company options and assess how much data is available for you – this will ultimately determine how easy it will be to find the answers you need to guide your work.
The 1,000 word requirement here means 1,000 words of substance. So please do not count title pages, headings, or references. Also, if you choose to copy the question text into your paper (which is fine), do not count that either. I am looking for 1,000 words of your own thoughts and responses.
Since you must write at least 1,000 words, it would be my recommendation that you aim for (roughly) 250 words for each of four questions. (4 * 250 = 1,000)
