Title: Implementing a Compliance Change Initiative in the Audio-Visual Industry: A Project Proposal and Analysis
Assignments
There is one primary deliverable for this course – the completion of a 35-page document (plus a title
page, abstract, table of contents, reference pages, and appendices) that describes a project that
involves an organizational change, program development, or training development approach.
Additionally, it should include your role in leading others within this project. The document should be
double-spaced, 12-point font as per APA, e.g., Times New Roman, and with 1” margins. This project
may be retrospective, current, or prospective and may represent an actual or hypothetical project.
While the paper can be hypothetical, it is strongly encouraged that the paper be in a field that the
participant is thoroughly familiar with. Please also note that all courses need to be addressed in the
paper.
What do I need?
I have already written the Introduction. Please use the introduction as an outline or blueprint of the paper, written from the perspective of an audio-visual program director seeking to implement a change initiative project in the realm of compliance.
This term project will need a total of 50 APA resources that are PEER-REVIEWED. Avoid using any regular citations, as they will get flagged. The paper MUST have an AI score of 0%.
I will attach copies of previous paper examples to follow.
Please incorporate tables where necessary as they relate to the content.
Finally, ensure the paper has theory well-incorporated throughout the document but make the application pieces of the project the main priority. -
“Defining My Leadership Philosophy: A Synthesis of Personal Experiences and Course Content”
Student will submit a Leadership Philosophy paper – Your paper will be a synthesis of what you have learned (from this course, other courses, personal experiences, the leadership studies minor, and your undergraduate college career) represented through your personal philosophy of leadership defined. Your paper should be 2 pages in length (double space). Start with one-sentence of your definition of leadership. Then, support it. Why those words? Why not other words? What do they mean? What do they mean to you? Where does that come from? How has it developed? This paper should walk us through your definition with lots of elaboration, introspection, and synthesis, and should use course content liberally. In the paper, students could connect leadership theory to their leadership philosophy.
