My grandmother is in a nursing home due to dementia. However, it’s not in the United States, so I’m unsure how to prove this to my professor. I’m contemplating whether I should lie about one of my parents being severely ill. Could we discuss and possibly provide a doctor’s note together?” 
I’m not sure if a doctor’s note would be considered the best documentation, but it could be included as part of it.
I received an F in this course. So, I explained to the professor that my mental state was shattered due to unfortunate news within my family (My grandma), and also because I had to work two jobs to afford tuition, which led to this outcome… so please help me with this situation. 
My professor told me :

SCENARIO:
John Turner, an 80-year-old Bigambul man, is brought to the emergency department (ED) by his concerned neighbour, Vandana, due to worsening symptoms of a chest infection. Mr Turner lives alone in Brisbane, and his primary caregiver is his adult niece, Emily. However, Vandana reports possible neglect and inadequate care, raising concerns about Mr Turner’s well-being. She said she recently contacted Emily when she found Mr Turner lying in his back garden after a fall. He appeared unhurt but Emily said she was too busy to take him to a doctor. On another occasion, Vandana found maggots in Mr Turner’s kitchen bin when she was cleaning up after she visited him for a cup of tea.
Upon arrival, Mr Turner appears lethargic and disoriented. He complains of persistent cough, difficulty breathing, and chest pain. His vital signs are as follows: blood pressure 140/90 mmHg, heart rate 110 bpm, respiratory rate 24/min, and oxygen saturation 89% on room air. Crackles are heard on auscultation of the lungs. You want to admit Mr Turner and start treating his infection but he appears to be confused. There is no advance health directive nor power of attorney.
Part 1 Question:  Detail and apply the law in Queensland as to John’s capacity to consent to treatment. Your discussion should consider who can make a decision if John cannot.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
After admission, John’s condition continues to decline. He develops pneumonia and a serious infection that does not respond to treatment. Given his advanced age and prognosis, John is not going to survive his admission.

Explain the immunological first principals behind vaccination. Show that you understand the key immune processes that occur after vaccination (injection) with a subunit vaccine and a live attenuated vaccine that give rise to immunity.

The major objective of this assignment is to do a current literature review on a pathogen relevant to our class using peer reviewed literature. We are trying to understand how pathogens work and how social, economic and environmental factors influence disease processes. For example, is being poor something that contributes to this disease, is this more common during natural disasters, are there issues with this being resistant to medication, is this a nosocomial infection, is globalization a threat to making this a pandemic, etc.? Conclusion (5 points): What were your overall findings after doing this review? Why do you think this review was important? 4-Final References and citations (10 points): I reserve the right to fail you (so go beyond these points) if the citations are so bad it is considered academic plagiarism! Reference page (5 points): References must include at minimum seven peer reviewed journal articles. If you would like to use additional sources (such as textbooks or government websites), you can, provided you have at least seven journal articles. I do not want the majority of your information coming from other types of sources because then it is not a review of recent research. NOTE: In my opinion, the only good website sources end in .gov (such as OMIM, CDC, WHO, NCBI, etc.). This means if you use anything other than a website ending in .gov, I will not think it is a good source and deduct serious points from your paper. In-text Citations and Rewording ideas (5 points): Nothing should be cut or pasted from sources. Everything should be reworded. I should see in-text citations everywhere that is not information from your own head. Remember, if you don’t reword, I can’t tell whether you understand the topic. Look at what is highlighted on Turn it in. I don’t care about the percent, I care about whether sentences or large portion of sentences match the original source! Nothing except in-text citations and references should match.
