Ladies and gentlemen, I want to draw your attention to an urgent and pressing need in our local healthcare system. Other than compounding the problems, multiple readmissions create compensation difficulties.  
In terms of the business case, the implementation of this new wing aligns perfectly with our organization’s mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care (Orocio-Contreras, 2022)). It demonstrates our commitment to meeting the unique needs of our community and sets us apart as a leader in healthcare. This is in addition to making a significant profit that can further assist the existing facilities and improve our reach (Minkoff, 2004).
In conclusion, by creating this new wing, we have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the lives of dual diagnosis patients as well as improve our facilities financial sustainability. Through specialized care, improved patient outcomes, and cost-effective measures, we can provide a solution that addresses a critical gap in our healthcare system.
