Hello, I need to do a Literature review for my dissertation. The title of my dissertation is “How Implicit Bias Contributes to Racism Against Black and Brown Nurses in the Healthcare Setting and Nursing Education.”
I have a list of some references I have already found. You can use this if you like. I need the literature review completed using the attached literature review matrix. I need at least 15 references.

Patient A arrived at hospital and was transferred from the ambulance stretcher onto the emergency trolley. At this point Patient A had a non-rebreathe face mask attached to an Oxygen cylinder. Patient A was transferred into resus following an alert call with breathing difficulties.  Oxygen Saturations at this point was 95% on Oxygen.  Once the patient had been transferred across, the doctor in attendance connected the oxygen tubing to the point in the wall. 
The nurse looking after the patient then began the head to toe, A-E assessment, this is when it was noted that the oxygen tubing had been connected to the medical air not the oxygen. The nurse completing the assessment immediately connected the oxygen tubing to the oxygen point.  The patient’s saturations were 95% on oxygen.
An incident form was completed.

APRN Roles and State Regulations: Safety for Clients in Professional Practice

SITUATION:
Mr. John Doe, admitted to the Diabetes Management Unit, Room 202. Mr. Doe is a 55-year-old male presenting with symptoms suggestive of uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes.
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Doe was admitted three days ago due to complaints of increased thirst, frequent urination, and unintentional weight loss over the past few months. His vital signs on admission were stable with a blood pressure of 130/80 mmHg, heart rate of 80 bpm, temperature of 98.6°F, and respiratory rate of 16 breaths per minute. Laboratory results showed elevated fasting blood glucose levels consistently above 200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) and an A1C level of 8.5%.
ASSESSMENT:
Based on Mr. Doe’s symptoms and laboratory results, it is assessed that he is experiencing uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes.
RECOMMENDATION:
Initiate insulin therapy to regulate blood sugar levels effectively.
Schedule regular blood glucose monitoring to track response to treatment.
Start Mr. Doe on a diabetic-friendly diet plan supervised by a registered dietitian.
