There are many roles a professional nurse may assume. There are various advance practice nursing roles. These roles can impact funding, management, and delivery processes. Different roles may be clinical, such as nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and nurse anesthetists or may be in a specialty role such as nursing education, informatics, or case management. As a member of the profession, the nurse may choose to become active in one or more professional organizations. Select three professional roles that are available to nurses and discuss how each role may impact funding, management, and delivery processes. I need to do a PowerPoint based off the Indian culture and the approach as an APRN. patient safety issue and put the plan into action.
Preparation
Google Sites is
recommended for this assessment; the tools are free to use and should offer you
a blend of flexibility and simplicity as you create your online tool kit.

Instructions
Using Google Sites,
assemble an online resource tool kit containing at least 12 annotated resources
that you consider critical to the success of your safety improvement
initiative. These resources should enable nurses and others to implement and
maintain the safety improvement you have developed.
It is recommended that
you focus on the 3 or 4 most critical categories or themes with respect to your
safety improvement initiative. For example, for an initiative that concerns
improving workplace safety for practitioners, you might choose broad themes
such as general organizational safety and quality best practices; environmental
safety and quality risks; individual strategies to improve personal and team
safety; and process best practices for reporting and improving environmental
safety issues.
Following the
recommended scheme, you would collect 3 resources on average for each of the 4 categories
focusing on a specific patient safety issue. Each resource listing should
include the following:

citation of the resource with a working link.
·      
A description of the
information, skills, or tools provided by the resource.

A brief explanation of

It shows how a collaborative nurse lead project can be implemented and used to

Find a source that will form the centre of your analysis in the Final Research Essay. You can

analysis of no more than TWO double-spaced pages (i.e., no more than 600 words).
This text can be non-fiction (i.e., an essay, an article, a newspaper article, an analysis) or fiction
(a short story, a novel, a comic). The source must be textual; if you want to write on a film or a
TV series, go ahead—but it will be tougher. The source you choose will also decide the main
topic your essay will treat, so think carefully. You can choose to analyse a theme we’re
discussing in class, but you cannot write about one of our assigned essays.
Your goal is to answer the question: Why this specific text? What makes it a good choice for
your research paper? Make an argument about why you chose this text, and why now.
