Review the Resources and identify a clinical issue of interest that can form the basis of a clinical inquiry. Keep in mind that the clinical issue you identify for your research will stay the same for the entire course. 
Based on the clinical issue of interest and using keywords related to the clinical issue of interest, search at least four different databases in the Walden Library to identify at least four relevant peer-reviewed articles related to your clinical issue of interest. You should not be using systematic reviews for this assignment, select original research articles.
Review the results of your peer-reviewed research and reflect on the process of using an unfiltered database to search for peer-reviewed research.
Reflect on the types of research methodologies contained in the four relevant peer-reviewed articles you selected.
Part 1: Identifying Research Methodologies
After reading each of the four peer-reviewed articles you selected, use the Matrix Worksheet template to analyze the methodologies applied in each of the four peer-reviewed articles. Your analysis should include the following:
The full citation of each peer-reviewed article in APA format.
A brief (1-paragraph) statement explaining why you chose this peer-reviewed article and/or how it relates to your clinical issue of interest, including a brief explanation of the ethics of research related to your clinical issue of interest.
A brief (1-2 paragraph) description of the aims of the research of each peer-reviewed article.
A brief (1-2 paragraph) description of the research methodology used. Be sure to identify if the methodology used was qualitative, quantitative, or a mixed-methods approach. Be specific.
A brief (1- to 2-paragraph) description of the strengths of each of the research methodologies used, including reliability and validity of how the methodology was applied in each of the peer-reviewed articles you selected.

Instructions
For this project, you will read one of the following books (most are very short) or you can pick 2 youtube videos that are personal development-based. One idea if doing the youtube videos would be to find videos that are about one of the books below, done by one of the authors below or simply search “personal development” and a particular area you are interested in like “personal development” and “motivation”, “communication skills”, “leadership”. This will undoubtedly bring up many hits. You will need to watch 2 videos that are each at LEAST 15 minutes a piece!!

After reading your book or watching your videos, I would like a 2-3 page paper (double-spaced with 1 inch margins) written about what you learned, what you liked and how you will apply this to your own life? How will it help you? What were the take away points? Was there an “aha!” moment in it for you? What was it?

Include in your plan contact tracing of the homeless, disabled, displaced community members, migrant workers, and those who have hearing impairment or English as a second language in the event of severe tornadoes.
Plan to reduce health disparities and improve access to services.
Implement a plan to reach Healthy People 2020 goals and 2030 objectives.
Track and trace-map community progress.
Use the CDC’s Contract Tracing Resources for Health Departments as a template to create your contact tracing.
Describe the plan for contact tracing during the disaster and recovery phase.
Develop a slide presentation of your disaster recovery plan with an audio recording of you presenting your assessment of the scenario and associated data in the Assessment 03 Supplement: Disaster Recover Plan [PDF] Download Assessment 03 Supplement: Disaster Recover Plan [PDF]resource for city officials and the disaster relief team. Be sure to also include speaker notes.
Develop a disaster recovery plan to reduce health disparities and improve access to community services after a disaster. Then develop and record a 10–12 slide presentation (please refer to the PowerPoint tutorial) of the plan with audio and speaker notes for the local system, city officials, and the disaster relief team.

This is an argumentative research essay. I have choses the topic of impact of shift work on nurses’ health and well-being. I have written the essay, but im needing some edits and rewriting. I have highlighted the paragraphs blue, within the paragraphs I have highlighted the sentences that need to be cited in yellow, and the references in are highlighted red and bold in parenthesis. It needs to be in MLA format. She didnt give us a certain number of words or sources to be cited, and this paper is just the rough draft before it goes through peer reviews/edits.
