This is an assignment only and you do not need to send this out to any parents in your current job. This assignment must be your original work and not provided by your company or copied from the Internet.
Submit your completed assignment to the dropbox below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.
Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document. (Mac users, please remember to append the “.docx” extension to the filename.) The name of the file should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. An example is shown below:

Title: “Innovative Career Paths: Redefining Mobility in Organizations”
Upward mobility is important to all organizations and particularly critical to employees. Traditional career paths emphasize strict upward mobility within an organization. How does mobility differ in organizations with innovative career paths? List the career paths discussed in our text, sharing not only how mobility occurs in each, but also how you might have observed such practices or the lack of them in your own experience. How do you feel about these innovative career paths?
Address your answer using the reading assignment and your own related experiences or thoughts. Find and discuss an article that offers current ideas about the topic of our discussion. Your article should be unique, not one already discussed by a classmate.
the two diagrams for the paths are attached -
God’s Unconditional Love and Faithfulness through His Covenants.
Homework.
(Bilateral Covenants: Involving two parties.)
(Unilateral Covenants: Occurring on or affecting one side only.)
The seven doctrines of salvation are forgiveness, justification, reconciliation, redemption, sanctification, newness of life, and adoption. The seven elements or doctrines of salvation are divine works; they designate the divine side of salvation.
There are eight covenants between God and humanity or man. As we discussed in our earlier studies, covenants are the same as contracts. Meaning they can’t be broken or nullified. No matter how man breaks his end of the covenant, God finds another way to save or salvage out of the ruins and offer salvation. I would like for you to use the seven doctrines of salvation to describe God’s willingness to save humanity. For example, take a look at biblical scripture concerning each covenant and give a brief summation by using one of the seven doctrines. [Promise] [Penalty

(The book of Galatians explained)
God has already chosen his clergy and positioned them with authority and power. These covenants will be established and completed.
Matthew 22:14 KJV
For many are called, but few are chosen.
We are all facing challenges that may lead us to choose not to try our best or to give up but we are invited by God to live by Jesus’ example and by persevering, helping others and trying hard we can be chosen; just like Abraham and Moses who we have been learning about.
To be chosen, a person must accept his or her calling, be grateful for it, and move forward in serving God and His Son. However, being called is not enough to be a Saint. We must respond to that calling (invitation). Positive action is required! -
