    Who are you? Emily De La Pena (24 years old) Live in Miami Florida, worked as an RBT for 3 years and I will be finishing my bachelors in December. Introduce yourself. This includes your background experience with this field, if any, and your history in terms of academic and professional work.
    Why are you pursuing this degree? ( I enjoy making an impact on not only the children lives but the families of the children lives as well.) What do you plan to achieve within 5 years after you complete your degree? ( the goal is to open up an ABA company with a center for the children to be able to help them in a center that includes all the different things needed for them by finishing my bachelors and then starting my masters as soon as possible will help achieve that) What are your long-term goals? What are your current plans for steps which will help you achieve your goals?
    What do you want to achieve while enrolled? ( learn study growth and more success not only for me but for the future aba clients that will be under me)
    Which skills and experiences do you possess which will make you successful in the program? ( I’ve worked with several different companies children from different ethnicities and cultures which allowed me to mold my aba services depending on who recieve)
    Working in these fields often requires practitioners to work with diverse populations which are often vulnerable. What is your stance on the role the field of Ethics has in your specific specialization? (ethics is something I want to be able to teach and give a high value to while I’m working as an analyst or as a owner of an aba company, I feel like companies lose the value of ethics. which I believe should be more valued all around)
