Who are you? Emily De La Pena (24 years old) Live in Miami Florida, worked as an RBT for 3 years and I will be finishing my bachelors in December. Introduce yourself. This includes your background experience with this field, if any, and your history in terms of academic and professional work.
Why are you pursuing this degree? ( I enjoy making an impact on not only the children lives but the families of the children lives as well.) What do you plan to achieve within 5 years after you complete your degree? ( the goal is to open up an ABA company with a center for the children to be able to help them in a center that includes all the different things needed for them by finishing my bachelors and then starting my masters as soon as possible will help achieve that) What are your long-term goals? What do you want to achieve while enrolled? ( learn study growth and more success not only for me but for the future aba clients that will be under me)
Which skills and experiences do you possess which will make you successful in the program? ( I’ve worked with several different companies children from different ethnicities and cultures which allowed me to mold my aba services depending on who recieve)
Working in these fields often requires practitioners to work with diverse populations which are often vulnerable. What is your stance on the role the field of Ethics has in your specific specialization? (ethics is something I want to be able to teach and give a high value to while I’m working as an analyst or as a owner of an aba company, I feel like companies lose the value of ethics. which I believe should be more valued all around)

Instructions
STEP 1: Think of a specific memory from your childhood. Briefly describe the event or experience.
STEP 2: Analyze the experience using three developmental theories: psychodynamic, psychosocial, behavioral, cognitive, humanistic, contextual, or evolutionary presented in Module 2. 
STEP 3: Write a report (300-500 words) explaining the experience using appropriate vocabulary for each of the three theories you selected. Add supporting evidence from your Module 2. Describe how each theory provides you with a new understanding of this experience.
STEP 4: Save your report as a word document (.docx). Include a simple title page with your name, name of assignment, name of our course, and submission date. I added pictures of the instructions & the template to go by I can fill the template in once done if needed
My topic is school age kids who were diagnosed with ADHD how it affects them & they ability to function.  There an article called pay attention. I added two references to use of if you can. 

The “nature-nurture” debate has existed for many years.
