I will give you the part of an article that describes the results that will give an idea of what are the findings. You will be searching for specific types of citations and multiple-citations (Adams et al., 2019; Shumway & Shulman, 2015;- like this) based on particular points to create the base for the discussion writing.
The main structure of assignment should be to determine these points :
– Our findings vs. these findings have been reported elsewhere as well (referencing multiple sources).
– Our findings // these findings have not been reported elsewhere.
– Our findings did not align // others have reported these findings – exploring why our results differ.
you do not have to write essay-like answers, just find and explain the content and connections simply of references with our results…
so you see the finding of our study there. Find references (real ones, and really the ones providing the correct info, if there is no reference for that specific thing, specify it), elaborate a bit (what it shows, what we found in this particular study with these patients, they specifically found what… and also find citation to every variable which is locus and depression, locus and neuroticissm and other variables stated there that are being studied in the connection to locus in our research.

“Developing a Comprehensive Psychological Treatment Plan: A Case Study Approach”
To understand the treatment planning process, students will assume the role of a clinical or counseling psychologist and develop a comprehensive treatment plan based on the same case study utilized for the Psychiatric Diagnosis assignment in PSY645( ATTACHED ASSIGNMEN FROM PSY645 ). A minimum of five peer-reviewed resources must be used to support the recommendations made within the plan. The Psychological Treatment Plan must include the headings and content outlined below. Behaviorally Defined Symptoms Define the client’s presenting problem(s) and provide a diagnostic impression. Identify how the problem(s) is/are evidenced in the client’s behavior. List the client’s cognitive and behavioral symptoms. Long-Term Goal Generate a long-term treatment goal that represents the desired outcome for the client. This goal should be broad and does not need to be measureable. Short-Term Objectives Generate a minimum of three short-term objectives for attaining the long-term goal. Each objective should be stated in behaviorally measureable language. Subjective or vague objectives are not acceptable. For example, it should be stated that the objective will be accomplished by a specific date or that a specific symptom will be reduced by a certain percentage. Interventions Identify at least one intervention for achieving each of the short-term objectives. Compare a minimum of three evidence-based theoretical orientations from which appropriate interventions can be selected for the client. Explain the connection between the theoretical orientation and corresponding intervention selected. Provide a rationale for the integration of multiple theoretical orientations within this treatment plan. Identify two to three treatment modalities (e.g., individual, couple, family, group, etc.) that would be appropriate for use with the client. It is a best practice to include outside providers (e.g., psychiatrists, medical doctors, nutritionists, social workers, holistic practitioners, etc.) in the intervention planning process to build a support network that will assist the client in the achievement of treatment goals. Evaluation List the anticipated outcomes of each proposed treatment intervention based on scholarly literature. Be sure to take into account the individual’s strengths, weaknesses, external stressors, and cultural factors (e.g., gender, age, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc.) in the evaluation. Provide an assessment of the efficacy of evidence-based intervention options. Ethics Analyze and describe potential ethical dilemmas that may arise while implementing this treatment plan. Cite specific ethical principles and any applicable law(s) for resolving the ethical dilemma(s). The Psychological Treatment Plan Must be 8 to 10 double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Writing CenterLinks to an external site.. Title: Motivating Employees in a Post-Merger Environment: A Project Plan for Improving Team Dynamics and Performance
Understanding the dynamic of power and influence as it relates to teams will allow you to determine the appropriate decision-making approaches for various team structures that you will encounter in the workplace. Team motivation is a key aspect of successful teams. This assessment is designed to help you discover common reasons team members lose motivation and help you find resolutions to those motivational challenges.
Group Conflict
Scenario
Imagine that two small manufacturing businesses in Chicago, IL, operated in direct competition with each other for 20 years. Due to recent changes in economic conditions, the two businesses combined in a horizontal merger. When the businesses merged, 20% of the workforce at each company was let go. The combined employees now work together in a new building. The transition has not been a smooth one. Much of the remaining workforce is unmotivated to make personal changes to fit into the new business. Many employees are unclear about the direction the new organization is taking and the specific goals that need to be met. Communication among employees is also strained; employees resist working with people who were previously their competitors. There is very little information sharing and a lack of cooperation among employees. You have been called in to assess the situation and make recommendations to help motivate employees as members of the new business. To prepare for this assignment, complete the following:
Based on the scenario provided, determine 2 or 3 reasons the employees are not motivated in the new work environment. These reasons should be founded on concepts covered in the text. Determine your rationale regarding why these factors are affecting the employees. Locate at least 3 articles in the University Library that address your identified reasons. Use the information in these articles to create solutions to the business’s problems.
Prepare a 1,050- to 1,400-word project plan that includes an executive summary at the beginning that details a strategy to improve employee motivation in the new work environment. Include the following: Recommendations for improving employee motivation Recommendations for team-building activities Major milestones in the project plan for what will be implemented and how it aligns with the recommendations Explanation of how the progress will be evaluated Cite any sources to support your assignment. Format your assignment according to APA guidelines. Make sure to include citations and references following APA format. -
