The Final Project must include the following:
1. A strategy for identifying and selecting a crisis management team
2. Describe the organizational resources available to you in a crisis (community, state, national, and international organizations). Explain what they are and how they might be used in a crisis in your community. Then, explain how you might promote or expect collaboration between and among them.
3. A description of the trained professionals available in your community
4. A summary of ethical and legal issues/considerations that you might encounter when responding to a crisis in your community
5. A description of issues/considerations related to diverse populations that you might encounter when responding to a crisis in your community
6. A description of a model that you would use to train counselors for a crisis
7. A description of how you would use empirically-supported treatments with survivors and caretakers
8. A description of how the crisis management plan would be evaluated (after the fact)
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
Your final project must include the following:
12 -15 double spaced pages (plus title page and references).
NO ABSTRACTS please!
Introductory paragraph (i.e., topic sentence/general statement, three to four supporting details, and a thesis statement as your last sentence).
Body of your paper (Eight levels of heading—based upon the bullet points contained in the RESOURCES area –labeled: Crisis Management Plan Guidelines).
Your Conclusion (with the word, Conclusion centered and bold–must be your final level of heading). All papers must end with a comprehensive conclusion.
Cite from at least five peer reviewed or relevant scholarly resources (including your textbooks for this course).
A list of references formatted according to APA 7th edition standards.
A Turnitin similarity score of 10% or less. Please paraphrase any material you intend to resubmit through Turnitin’s plagiarism checker. Be mindful that I am not authorized to provide credit for papers that contain integrity issues.

You will write a 6-8 page, 12 font, Times New Roman, double
spaced, APA Formatted paper (No tricks on any of this please.) The paper should include a reference list of

A case study wherein you describe and diagnose a fictional
or historical person (You may not pick yourself or someone you know
personally). You will provide a brief summary of the character, The
diagnosis (DSMR- 5) you are making and information on the diagnosis, examples of how
certain behaviors or actions the character performs fit the criteria of the
disorder, possible alternative diagnoses, what further information you would
need to know to be sure of the diagnosis, the likely prognosis, and what kind
of specific treatment you would recommend and why. You would need to base all
assumptions you make on existing theoretical and empirical literature.

This is a really interesting topic to explore, but it didn’t appear that you did that within the context of social psychology as much you did that within the context of cultural psychology. As I noted in a comment in your paper, those two fields are certainly related, but I definitely needed to see more social psychological concepts. 
Your writing is quite clear and straightforward so that was helpful, but you repeated the same content in various sections of your paper. I’m not sure why. 
You also had some great peer-reviewed sources, but you had some in-text citations missing. Sometimes, I simply wasn’t sure what source you were referring to, so that’s an error to correct for the future as well.

Because of your expertise in research methods, you are hired by a California senator as a consultant. She wants your opinion on whether she should vote to resurrect funding for the National Children’s Study. She is concerned because the funding for this program has already cost taxpayers over 1 billion dollars and the researchers would require ~ $200,000,000 per year. Because there is only a limited amount of funding for research, funding the National Children’s Study means that other important scientific research will not receive money.
You need to:
1) determine whether the National Children’s Study could be conducted as a cross-sectional study (which would be considerably less expensive). Would the goals of the study be achievable?
2) Provide advice about whether or not the senator should vote for funding it as either a cross-sectional study or a longitudinal study. What are the pros and cons of conducting this research cross-sectionally and longitudinally? FYI: you cannot choose longitudinal sequential
