the 3 types of IRB review (exempt, expedited, full board review). What type of
research is eligible for each review type? What factors dictate which
type of review is required?
Journal club:
Find a primary peer-reviewed journal article relevant to public
health that went through IRB approval (if they used human subjects, they
had IRB approval). Discuss the ethical issues and what type of review the
authors went through (if not stated, provide your assumption based on the
information given). Do they have vulnerable populations? Please
include a link or attach the article to your post so everyone may review
it.
