Hello! This is the 3rd assignment of my 4 papers. I have written all my papers but was told to redo the 3rd one as it didn’t follow the directions. I will file down the other 3 papers(1,2, and 4) in case it will help you understand more with the topic I’m working on. Unfortunately, in the past with certain writers, I was suspected of AI due to the high vocabulary content that was in my paper. I would like for you to keep it casual, with no extremely difficult words or phrases please. An example of what you shouldn’t write like is assignment 4, as I have to revise it since my teacher thinks it’s ai generated. For this assignment, the directions are posted in the files below. Essentially, the paper is supposed to be a research paper, which is the topic on social media affecting teen health. The assignment asks for you to conduct some field research in the form of phone interviews, group conversations, and participant observation. Your field research focus for this piece will require that you identify some stakeholders on the issue. A stakeholder is a person who has vested interest in the matter- someone directly affected by the issue or its proposed remedies, an organization or community leader who is working to effect change on the issue or deal with its repercussions, or a person who has the power to influence outcomes. You need to find at least three such primary sources and interview these people in order to learn more about their various perspectives and to inform your own. “Ask around” and see what you can learn. You might also consider talking to other experts on the matter- academics for example, who study the issue closely. With your research field experience, write a compelling and critically reflective narrative of your investigation. Hope your reader bear witness to the experience. This is the power of storytelling. For the readers so they can feel like they were there with you- taking this journey alongside you and seeing, experiencing, and gaining the insights you gained.
-be a well developed narrative/essay with a strong controlling idea and thoughtful support throughout;
-make use of your guiding research question(s) and inductive research to uncover new insights on the issue;
-include at least three interview sources, one of which must be from an organization that is associated with the issue you are researching in some way; the other interviews sources should be stakeholders on the issue, as well;
-include at least one secondary source (i.e. a library-like source, perhaps from your annotated bibliography);
-properly cite and document all sources using MLA;
-have an interesting opener and a resonating close;
-be clear, compelling, well organized, and thought provoking;
-have an effective title—one that is interesting, representative of the work is about, and creative;
-be no less than 1250, but closer to 1500 words is better (and it can be more);
-be proofread to ensure it is free from careless mechanical errors.

You must use the 2022 Arkansas City, KS budget sheet and ACFR, as well as past year ones to find answers. Just Part 3. This is the prompt:
The third part of the project is a financial health assessment. It allows you to utilize information beyond what is commonly found in the budget document. By this point in the course, you are very familiar with the annual operating budget and how it presents the financial plan for the upcoming fiscal year. As you know, there are voluntary guidelines that can be used to produce budget documents, namely GFOA’s distinguished budget presentation award program, but there are no mandated national standards or even generally accepted budget principles. However, at the end of the fiscal year, all the states and most local governments prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). External auditors are engaged to test these management-prepared financial statements and to issue an opinion that the financial statements are fairly presented in conformity with GAAP. The resulting document is termed the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). In this third part of the project, you will combine information from the ACFR with data from the annual operating budget to complete a financial health assessment of the city. Make sure that the ACFR and the annual budget both focus on the same fiscal year. Use data from previous annual operating budgets and ACFRs to support your analyses as needed. In addition, use data from more recent annual operating budgets and ACFRs to support your assessments. Your analysis of financial health will rely on a combination of ratios that assess financial situation and financial condition: financial situation or position describes a government’s finances at a specific point in time (e.g., at the end of the fiscal year), whereas financial condition considers the government’s finances over time (e.g., over the medium-term or long-term). Financial situation analysis uses a combination of ratios, including common size ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios, to describe a government’s finances at a specific point in time, and these same ratios when considered over the medium or long-term can also explain financial condition of the government. Additionally, financial condition analysis uses a set of indicators (e.g., debt burden, risk exposure factor, etc.) that measure whether a government will be able to meet both its financial obligations and constituent service obligations currently and in the future. Analysis of financial condition also includes a broader array of economic, political, social, and demographic considerations
