I need to be reinstated to the nursing program. I need to write an essay with 500 words explaining the difficulties facing foreclosure in March that contributed to me failing my class. Myself was seen at emergency room on 4 different occasions for health reasons, my mom is in remission of double mastectomy and I had to take her for follow up,appointments during the period of my semester January 23rd to May 19th. (Very Important)I need to specify the specific steps that I’ll take to increase my likelihood of success if reinstated.

Directions
For this Assignment, you will use the template to create a training program for the employees of Goodwill hospital, which was recently acquired by the larger Rocky Mountain Hospital Region.
You will focus on the first of a series of training courses with the goal of bringing these employees into the new organizational culture. The content should cover changes in the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.
Include a title and reference page. Support your work with a minimum of 2–4 references.

The purpose of this activity is to promote group learning and to allow all group members to plan for the interventions and patient education for the patients in acute care settings and community settings. Please see rubric for grading criteria for this assignment.
Groups will prepare patient education related to the disease processes and all the topics will be discussed by each group member. Your classmates will be your patients and you will present to us a Power Point Presentation, educate us about what the conditions are along with lifestyle modifications and non-pharmacological interventions that can be used as adjuvant therapy… along with the medications that we will be taking and any side effects or interactions that the patient should know.  I will request each group leader to upload their work on blackboard under active blended engagement activity.  Be professional, respectful, and each team member will have approximately 10 minutes of speaking during blended engagement project. I will make the team members presenters and each member will be able to share their screen along with the project.
