    Write a brief introduction (2 to 3 sentences) to your
    proposal that outlines the issue you are attempting to solve, the part of the
    organization in which the plan would be carried out, and the desired outcome.
    This will set the stage for the sections below.
    Objective
    Describe what your plan
    will do and what you hope it will accomplish in one or two succinct sentences.
    Also, comment on how the objective, if achieved, will improve organizational or
    patient outcomes. For example:
    Test a double-loop feedback model for
    evaluating new product risk with a small group of project managers with the goal
    of reducing the number of new products that fail to launch. This objective is
    aligned to the broader organizational goal of becoming more efficient taking products
    to market and, if successful, should improve outcomes by reducing waste.
    Questions and Predictions
    For this section ask
    yourself 3 to 5 questions about your objective and your overall plan. Make a
    prediction for each question by answering the question you posed. This helps
    you to define the important aspects of your plan as well as limit the scope and
    check its ability to be implemented.

    objective. As with the change theories and leadership strategies, you may draw

    Integrating Clinical Presentation Skills with Psychological Theory: A Case Study Analysis

    Assignment Directions:
    The assignment this week will focus on integrating clinical presentation skills with the application of psychological theory and frameworks in treatment practice. You will begin by presenting a case summary based upon a client you have worked with during your practicum experience thus far. Following the presentation of the case summary, you will apply psychological theories and concepts along with theoretical frameworks to the presenting concerns of the client.
    Part 1:
    Select a client in your facility. Use intake data, clinical interview information, and any testing/assessment information and write a case summary.
    Your case summary should include:
    the client’s initials in the name section
    the client’s age
    the client’s gender
    the client’s ethnicity
    your name and title
    the current date
    the date of the client’s entry to the program
    the presenting problem (2–3 sentences maximum)
    the tests administered
    the clinical history
    the diagnoses
    Part 2:
    Using peer-reviewed literature, apply the most appropriate theoretical framework to use       when working with the identified client. Include the following:
    Explain at least two theoretical frameworks that could be used when working with the       client (e.g., humanistic, cognitive behavioral, psychoanalytic, constructionist,                      systematic).
    Provide a rationale for your choice of one theoretical framework to use when working with the client therapeutically.
    Apply the chosen theoretical framework to the case study, discussing how the framework can best meet the client’s presenting concerns.
    Using peer-reviewed literature, evaluate the most applicable psychological theories and        concepts for the case study. Include the following:
    Explain at least two psychological theories that apply to the identified client (e.g.,               developmental, sociological, cognitive).
    Evaluate at least two ways that the psychological theory can inform the overall treatment approach used with the client.
