Caring for American Eskimo, Japanese, & Russian Populations
After studying Module 3: Lecture Materials & Resources, discuss the following:
List factors that predispose Eskimos to risk as a result of the consumption of large quantities of sugar.
Analyze different strategies useful in communicating with the Japanese American family.
When caring for a Russian American client, for the most part, at what distance would a Russian patient feel at most ease? Submission Instructions:

I shared screenshots of my instructions for the paper. You only have to choose ONE vaccine to write the paper on. My instuctor is not clear on how many pages it needs to be so I figured 7 pages would be good. It can be a little longer than that. For this module, we will explore the
leadership concept – prioritization. 
For the discussion, please define this
concept and apply the concept to a clinical practice situation. What would you
anticipate the benefits and limitations of this concept would be in the
“real world”? How would you expect a leader using this concept to
respond to your clinical situation? How would this theory promote or detract
from teamwork and collaborative work on the unit?

For this module, we will explore ethics in
nursing.
For the discussion, please define very
broadly the concept of ethics as applied to the science of nursing. If
confronted with this situation as a leader, how would you proceed? A staff
nurse approaches you and explains she saw another registered nurse dispense a
vial of Dilaudid (hydromorphone) from the Pyxis and immediately withdraw the
contents into a syringe, cap it, and put it in her pocket. Within the same
minute she grabbed another nurse from the nurses station and explained she
needed to waste the vial of Dilaudid (hydromorphone) because she contaminated
the sterility (dropped an uncapped needle) and already disposed of it down the
sink. The two nurses wasted the drug in the Pyxis (again, the drug is still in
the original nurse’s pocket).

I worked on this report myself – unfortunately, it did not pass. So I have one more opportunity (attempt) to pass this assessment.

is refusing to accept any treatment for his pathophysiological condition and
would like to go home.
2. Mr Crawford
is confused and preparing to leave the ward. He has been verbally abusive to
the team.
3. Mr Crawford
is demonstrating aggressive behaviour to you when you are allocated to
undertake his observations. He uses personal insults towards you.
4. You are
escorting Mr Crawford to the local café and he would like to pay for your
breakfast. You realise that you have lost his money from your coat pocket.
Choose from the above one relevant scenario for the report.
